Alexandra Swierczewski, Senior Director, Investor Relations for Match Group
Alexandra is Senior Director of Investor Relations at Match Group, where she works closely with senior leadership on investor communications, earnings preparation, shareholder engagement, and the company’s broader financial narrative. Alexandra began her career in Corporate FP&A at Charles Schwab before moving into investor relations. She later joined Stitch Fix, where she held senior investor relations roles and served as Interim Head of Investor Relations during a period of leadership and strategic transition. At Match Group, Alexandra helps translate the company’s financial performance, operating trends, and long-term strategy into clear communications for investors and analysts. She also supports executive preparation, investor meetings, and key external communications throughout the year. Alexandra is a Colorado native and a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, where she earned a degree in Finance.
Sean Swierczewski, Senior Wealth Advisor, Class VI Family Office
Sean is a Senior Wealth Advisor for Class VI Family Office, joining the team in May 2021. Sean started his career at FactSet Research Systems in San Francisco and then spent time at Charles Schwab as a VP, Financial Consultant, at one of their most affluent branches in Silicon Valley. At Schwab, Sean was responsible for helping high net worth clients (business owners, tech executives, and venture capitalists) with all aspects of wealth management. Sean works with Class VI clients to provide solutions for retirement, cash flow, education funding, tax and estate planning, as well as other goals. He ensures that all their clients receive world-class service, taking care of clients throughout all phases of the relationship. Sean is a Colorado native and a University of Colorado – Boulder graduate with a dual degree in Business and Chinese. He earned his CFP® designation in 2021.
What motivated you to Co-Chair this year’s Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show?
We have seen firsthand the incredible work GLOBAL does and all it has accomplished over the years. We are thrilled to be part of this community and help further its mission.
What can we expect at this year’s Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show?
A joyful evening filled with energy, heart, unforgettable moments, and great style. Most importantly, it will be a celebration of the incredible Down syndrome community.
What about the Global Down Syndrome Foundation’s work inspires you?
We are inspired by GLOBAL’s work to advance research, improve medical care, and create greater opportunities for people with Down syndrome.
There are a lot of worthwhile, not-for-profit events and causes. Why should someone support this one?
GLOBAL’s advocacy and research are life-changing, helping people with Down syndrome live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
What do you hope for people with Down syndrome and their families in the future?
We hope people with Down syndrome have every opportunity to be healthy, included, and valued for who they are and all they contribute. We also hope their families always feel supported by a strong and welcoming community.

Co-chairing this event as a family reflects how much we value our time together. Our happiest moments are spent with our daughter and our dog, Archie, whether we are exploring the world or simply enjoying time at home.
