Sie Center for Down Syndrome

The Anna and John J. Sie Center for Down Syndrome at Children’s Hospital Colorado is the largest multidisciplinary care center specializing in treating patients with Down syndrome in the United States.  Its seven specialty clinics are staffs by some of the most accomplished medical professionals in their field and have served 2,200 patients from 33 states and 10 countries.

Linda Crnic Institute for Down Syndrome

The Linda Crnic Institute for Down Syndrome, a partnership with the University of Colorado School of Medicine, is the first and only academic home for research dedicated to Down syndrome.  Comprised of over 30 investigators in 100 committed labs, the Crnic Institute conducts to both Basic and Clinical Research surrounding Down syndrome and its comorbidities. Crnic has associations both locally and globally that provide life-changing research and medical care for individuals with Down syndrome.
