How does somebody become a model?
The Global Down Syndrome Foundation’s Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show model auditions are held every May. Individuals with Down syndrome ages 7 and older are invited to audition. No experience is necessary, and we encourage everyone to audition for this unforgettable experience! Sign up for our mailing list to ensure receive information about 2017’s auditions.
What celebrities will be at the Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show this year and how can I meet them?
Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show is grateful to have the support from movie, television, fashion and sports celebrities. How can I volunteer at the event?
We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated volunteers who are interested in being part of an amazing evening that will help the Global Down Syndrome Foundation improve the lives of people with Down syndrome. Volunteers are needed Wednesday, November 9th – Sunday, November 13th to assist in the following areas:
• Event Setup & Teardown
• Logistics
• Marketing, Print & Signage
• PR & Media
• Registration
• Self-advocate Pals
• Silent & Live Auction
• Staff Assistants
Volunteers must be 18 years or older for this event.
All volunteers will be required to attend a volunteer training session on Saturday, October 8th or Wednesday, October 26th at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center.

How much are tickets for families related to someone with Down syndrome?
Tickets for an individual related to someone with Down syndrome are available at a discounted price of $250.
How much does it cost to attend?
Sponsorship opportunities start at $10,000 to attend. Tickets are available for $500 for general admission and VIP Tickets are available for $1000.
Are there any accommodation discounts available?
Yes! Simply call the Hyatt Regency Denver at (303) 436-1234 and reference Global Down Syndrome Foundation for a discounted rate of $185 for a standard room.
Is there complimentary parking?
Yes! We will offer complimentary valet parking at the Hyatt Regency Denver the evening of the Fashion Show.

The Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show is a fundraiser for the Global Down Syndrome Foundation benefiting the Crnic Institute for Down Syndrome on the Anschutz Medical Campus and the Sie Center for Down Syndrome at Children’s Hospital Colorado.
