Mikayla was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, but currently lives with her family in Castle Rock, Colorado. She received two degrees from Colorado State University; one in Accounting and one in Computer Information Systems. She now works as an accountant for a growing company called Kodiak Building Partners. In addition to entering the corporate world, Mikayla is in her rookie season as a Denver Broncos Cheerleader. She has continued to build her dance resume since she was three years old and is beyond grateful to follow her passion into the NFL. Her favorite part of being a DBC is the opportunity to work alongside Dare to Cheer and hopes to continue fostering meaningful relationships with the Global Down Syndrome Foundation throughout her tenure. In her free time, Mikayla supports her two younger brothers at their baseball games, and also loves to watch movies and spend time with her friends!
