Miss Colorado, Shannon Patilla, is a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Science, Health & Exercise Science. Shannon was a recipient of the Anchor of Hope Scholarship and also the Daniels Fund Scholarship. She is currently working on obtaining a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. Shannon is also an accomplished vocalist and enjoys performing and songwriting. Born and raised in Prairie Village, Kansas, Allie graduated with her Master’s in Elementary Education from the University of Kansas. After one year teaching she pursued her passion for dance and lifetime dream of moving to Colorado. Allie has been a Denver Nuggets Dancer, taught dance internationally for Universal Dance Association, and is currently a Denver Bronco cheerleader. Jozie is originally from Omaha and moved to Denver following her graduation from Hastings College (HC) in 2013. While attending HC, Jozie was a student-athlete, earned her B.A. in Web Communication Design and Social Media, was Captain of the Crimson Spirit Dance Team, and was awarded a 1st place – Golden Leaf award by the Collegiate Media Association for her video PSA about bullying. Jozie is in her second season as a Denver Broncos Cheerleader. While winning the Super Bowl was one of the best experiences, Jozie says that her most memorable and favorite aspect of her role is working with Global’s Dare to Cheer camps.
